JPDC Classical Associates 26/27 Application

In the application for JPDC Associates we ask you to submit information about your dancers current training, as well as a few basic ballet photos, so we can hopefully invite them to join the appropriate level class without the need for an audition. Acceptance is therefore based on the information provided in this application form. We always hope to be able to invite applicants to join our programme and will give considered reasoning where this is not possible.

Class size is restricted to a maximum of eight dancers per class to maintain dedicated and individualised training, if acceptable applications exceed this amount we will do our best to work out a way to accommodate all suitable dancers.

Joanne Penner Dance Coaching may take photographs and/or film footage in classes which will be used at the discretion of JPDC on social media and future marketing campaigns. To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we need your permission before any images of your child (aged under 18) are taken.
